Bitesize: Eurotoques Young Chef of the Year

It’s back to basics and old school cooking in the search to find the 2017 Young Chef of The Year.

Run in association with La Rousse Foods, the competition is open to professional chefs and chefs in training who are aged between 18 and 26.

The rigorous process includes social media, written and interview stages.

Entries can be submitted anytime before noon on Tuesday August 1st.
