After more than a year of silence, electro-pop trio Cut Copy is plugging their guitars and keyboards back in for a series of gigs at festivals and clubs, including Dublin's Button Factory. The Australian group garnered international recognition after their sophomore album, "In Ghost Colors", debuted at the top of the charts in Australia in 2008.
This year, Cut Copy has been putting the finishing touches on their third CD. The upcoming tour will preview the new songs and feature older favorites like Hearts on Fire and Lights & Music, both hits on the Australian dance charts. If previous concerts and videos are any indication, it promises to be an electrifying show full of bright lights and synth-pop sounds.
