Roadmap – Eat: Ith At The Fumbally

Posted September 27, 2017 in Food & Drink Features

Eat Ith is the Fumbally’s new season of workshops, events and talks around food culture with collaborations from some of the country’s most passionate producers, chefs, farmers, sommeliers, baristas, food writers and activists.

October highlights include Healing with Herbs (Tues 10), a sourdough workshop (Sat 14) and a natural wine tasting (Wed 25) and The Dinner (Sat 21) which sees the Stables taken over by Keith Coleman (Fia), Mark Jennings (Pilgrims) and Ken & Gwen (Assassination Custard) for a special food and wine pairing.

There are free ‘scholarship’ places for each event if you care to explain why you might be worthy of one.

Eat-Ith Takes place at The Fumbally Stables, Fumbally Lane, Dublin 8
