When Dubliner Sarah Kiely first began making bone broth in her small kitchen apartment, little did she realise that her efforts would quickly morph into a flourishing business.

Her homely broth was quietly launched under the Sadie’s Kitchen moniker in 2016, in the process becoming Europe’s first retail bone broth offering.

Made using free range Irish chicken and 100% Irish ingredients, the nutritious broth can be whisked up at home with minimal effort.

Judging by the product’s success to date, it seems a lot of people agree with Sarah’s contention that, “Life’s too short to boil bones ten hours a day.”
