Dubliners heading to Clare this summer are invited to check out newly opened Pot Duggans beside the river in Ennistymon.

The brainchild of Bodytonic boss Trevor O’Shea, the restaurant is named in honour of his late Mum, Clare woman Teresa Duggan and a “vague” notion to cook everything, from stew to tea, in pots.

The menu includes a healthy leek, kale and pea Green Soup and a refreshing West Clare Julep made with whiskey, sugar syrup, mint and lemon juice.

Food is served daily between 12pm – 9pm with traditional bar snacks also available.
