Urban Brewing, the innovative new microbrewery bar and restaurant at the CHQ Building in Dublin 1, was the setting for a recent ‘Eureka’ moment by O’Hara’s Brewery.
Featuring hops from the Yakina Valley USA, the single hop IPA is the fifth addition to the ‘Hop Adventure Series’, which showcases some of the most interesting hops from around the world.
We particularly enjoyed the fruity finish, the result of an interesting flavour combination involving pineapple and juicy bitter grapefruit.
And Eureka! It makes for a nice, fresh match for fulsome cheeses and hot spicy dishes.
