Food lovers in search of culinary inspiration will have their appetites nicely sated at two fascinating events in Galway and its environs this October.

First off, Inishbofin is the gorgeous island setting for the Bia Bó Finne Food Festival (October 6th – 8th) showcasing the exceptional flavours and hospitality that characterize this very special part of the world.

Meanwhile the stellar culinary lineup at JP McMahon’s Food on the Edge symposium (October 9th & 10th) continues to border on a ‘Who’s Who’ of the Chefing world.

Guests include Daniel Burns (ex-Noma), Slovenian Ana Ros and Chicago-based Abeer Najjar.
