Oh look, a new Bourne movie! Oh actually no, sorry, it's not. It's just we've got accustomed to seeing Matt Damon in them for the last few years that it's a bit of a shock when we see him in something different. Oh actually no, sorry, it's not really that different at all.
Playing Chief Warrant Officer Roy Miller, Damon is deployed to Iraq in hope that he will find Weapons of Mass Destruction and hence, justify the invasion of Iraq. Sounds like a political vehicle, but Greengrass has proven on more than one occasion that he's fully capable of delivering an objective view of politically explosive issues - United 93, Bloody Sunday...
When Miller fails to uncover any evidence of weapons, he begins to question his and the rest of the army's presence in Iraq, leading him into danger as soon, even his own side are out to kill him...
